MONTE Expands Special Missions Portfolio with Acquisition of Two AT-802A Firefighting Aircraft

Kishugu is a leading specialist operator providing wildfire suppression services under contracted firefighting programmes. The aircraft will be deployed across South Africa and Chile, supporting critical aerial firefighting missions in demanding operating environments and playing a vital role in environmental protection and emergency response.

This transaction represents MONTE’s first investment in the Air Tractor platform, marking an important milestone in the firm’s expanding special missions strategy. The AT-802A’s proven firefighting capability, robustness, and ability to operate effectively in challenging conditions make it ideally suited to large-scale wildfire response operations.
